Senior Business Analyst

If you have:

• Demonstrated background in a Business Analyst position or a comparable role;
• Experience in the development of business systems;
• Good spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile approaches;
• Communication/problem-solving skills;
• Capable of effectively using tools and methods for business analysis, like data modeling and process mapping;
• Project management/team-leading experience is a plus.

Your daily work will include:

• Define requirements for developed systems by working with clients/partner teams;
• Communicate with client project managers, stakeholders, and domain experts;
• Transfer domain/requirement knowledge to dev team;
• Analyze and assess current business procedures to discover areas for enhancement and operational efficiency;
• Perform comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends and potential prospects;
• Create thorough project plans, encompassing schedules, financial plans, and resource distribution;
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee that solutions fulfill business demands;
• Offer knowledge and counsel to junior analysts and stakeholders to encourage optimal practices.
